About Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle
Located at 2528 Old Denton Rd #190, Carrollton, TX 75006, Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle operates as a chinese restaurant serving Carrollton in Texas. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Carrollton; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in Texas are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.
The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–9:30 pm. Customers rate it 4.7 out of 5 on Google across 377 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded chinese restaurants in Carrollton.
Carrollton is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Carrollton is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Noodle bowl were very good. The soup noodle was a big bowl, more then enough for 2. The dry noodle was delicious. The pork bone soup noodle was good and light. All spice is adjustable. Popcorn chicken was very good. Waitress was very helpful explaining everything. Will definitely come back.

I went there on a weekday afternoon. The food came out quickly, and the noodles were chewy with a nice glossy texture. Even though there wasn’t any broth, the noodles were full of flavor with a perfect balance—not too salty and not too bland. The portion size was just right. I recommend mixing everything well before eating. It comes with cilantro, so if you’re not a fan, make sure to ask for it without cilantro beforehand.

An actual hidden gem (unlike those “hidden gems” that those influencers are always talking about). Amazing, authentic food that always comes out super fast. The servers are always very friendly and prompt with their service. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food they give you! I’ve been here 5+ times and the food is very consistent and always spot on. My favorite thing to get is the byo yunnan rice noodle. So good! It’s usually pretty empty when I’ve gone, and it makes me so sad because this restaurant is so good.

This is my new favorite restaurant. Definitely a hidden gem and stumbled upon it on accident. The staff here is amazing. They always take the time to explain the menu and help explain what is what. The staff Is 5 stars. My go to here is the chicken noodle bowl. It is always piping hot with fresh white meat chicken, vegetables and noodles. I could literally survive off this meal. I can genuinely say that this is a very healthy well prepared meal. I also enjoy the sesame balls, they are always made to order and very fresh. I have also had the spicy tofu ( amazing), the dumplings ( also great). I usually toggle between the green tea and soda but always have a glass of water near by in case I add in some chili sauce to my meal. A+++++ all the way for food and service!

I like the Maya soup with the noodles. The popcorn chicken is ok. Not salty and pepper enough. But is fresh and good.
